GiftUp is an internationally acclaimed gift certificate platform designed to streamline the process for both the consumer purchasing and the merchant redeeming the certificate. Select Registry Gift Certificates may be used by guests for overnight stays, meals, spa services and more. Select Registry will reimburse you 100% of the total amount that is applied to the guest bill. Gift Certificate redemption reimbursements from Select Registry are ACH deposited into member checking accounts weekly. If your bank account has recently changed, please contact email Darlene.
Great News! Changes were made to the Select Rewards Program effective Aug 1, 2023. The Select Rewards Kiosk system has now been retired and our rewards partner, TL Connects has developed a web portal that replicates the Rewards kiosk's features, enabling travelers to access the Select Rewards Program on their mobile devices or computers.
Moving forward, we will utilize this technology as the sole source for traveler Rewards activity. Members have all been supplied with rebranded Select Rewards program signage to replace the Select Rewards kiosks. The new signage will serve the same purpose as the kiosk but will use QR codes to direct guests to traveler.selectregistry.com, where they can log their nights, redeem rewards and check their account status.

To make Member Resources easier and more convenient to access, it is now available on an APP! Just click the link below from your phone or personal device and follow the prompts to add the APP icon to your Home screen. For security reasons, there are a few links in the app that will still require login to the Select Registry website. We recommend that you keep your Select Registry Innkeeper login in a convenient location so that you can access those links from the app. Member Resources will still be available on the website for access from your desktop as well. As a benefit of membership, your property has access to having its own Digital Guest Welcome Book App. It is an easy to use, updatable web app that will provide your guests with everything they need to know about their stay, all in one place, on their own personal device, eliminating the need for in room printed guest information books. It's a win - win! You can change or add to your guest book information in minutes without having to reprint pages and replace them in every room and your guests will love having access to your guest book in advance of their stay to know what to expect and plan their stay using your in-app concierge services! To get started with your free app, go to: Touch Stayand follow the steps to set up your new free account. If you select the DIY option, before starting to populate the information, we recommend you go through the training modules in their Knowledge Base.

Extending a discount to other Select Registry member owners and innkeepers is a professional courtesy that is addressed in the Membership Agreement in the Networking section as follows:
Members agree to extend a recommended 50% professional courtesy discount (lodging only) to other visiting members and/or staff, pending availability and consideration for peak times.
We recommend that you put a plan in place for the member to member discount and advise your staff of what to extend to other members when they receive a request.
You can set up any system that you would like for this, below is an example of how members participate:
1) 50% off during non-peak season
2) 50% off weekdays and 25% off weekends during shoulder seasons
3) No discount during peak season or just a weeknight discount if you have availability

For the last 30 years, Select Registry has published a book that features a listing all of our esteemed properties. Millions of consumers have counted on this publication to decide where to stay when traveling.
In 2020 the guidebook was upgraded to a full length, upscale Travel and Lifestyle Magazine and will be published twice a year moving forward. Inn Scene magazine contains engaging editorial stories along with a listing section where all members are featured. Each member property is distributed a supply of the magazine to present as gifts to their guests!
Members are encouraged to provide story ideas for consideration by Inn Scene’s editorial staff. Over a series of editions, all members will be featured in an editorial department. This publication is one of the distinguishing marketing tools of the Select Registry brand that Select Guests look forward to receiving when they visit one of our member properties! The magazine lets guests know that your property is part of an exceptional collection of properties chosen because they deliver quality experiences only a select few independent properties can attain. It is something guests can take home and use time and time again as they plan future travel – and remember fondly the unique experiences they shared with each member property.
A magazine should be handed to each new guest at check-in or check-out. Alternatively,
1) Guests can be directed to the Select Rewards Kiosk that has a QR code linked to the free digital flipbook version of the magazine
2) Guests can access the free digital flipbook version on the “Select” tab on your Digital Guest Book App that is provided to you through the Select Registry partnership with Touch Stay.
3) There is a “Magazine” link on the menu bar on the Home page of the Select Registry website to access the free digital flipbook version.
The magazine can also be used to introduce guests to the Select Rewards loyalty program. Distribution of the Select Registry Inn Scene magazine to each guest is part of the Select Registry Membership Agreement and is evaluated through Select Registry’s Quality Assurance program.

As a benefit included in membership, you have the opportunity to send text messages to all guests who signed up or logged nights at your property. This is a great way to connect with previous guests and promote repeat stays! It’s also one more reason to make sure that you encourage all of your guests (whether they are familiar with Select Registry or not) to join your Select Rewards Guest Loyalty program.
