Guest Reviews

We had a great romantic weekend at the Hickory Bridge Bed & Breakfast. The cabins were secluded and quiet. Breakfast in the farmhouse was excellent and then on Sunday they delivered breakfast to the cabin! Sitting on the porch in the rockers and listening to the creek and the birds, what a great way to relax. It was an excellent experience, highly recommended and I can’t wait to go...See More

We did not stay at the bed and breakfast, only went for Mother's Day dinner. The food was very good, fresh and hot. It is served family style, with 3 main courses. And several side dishes, where you take what you want from each, then pass it to the others at your table. The country general store (gift shop) was really good as well, with plenty of variety, and...See More

I LOVE this place. Food and service is ALWAYS excellent. We celebrated Mother’s Day a week earlier this year and of course Hickory Bridge (food and service) never disappoints. The brisket was tender and tasty, the crab imperial was perfection and of course the fried chicken is a favorite. Sort of glad it’s of a distance away because otherwise I’d have dinner here every evening throughout the summer season.

I am a single mother and I decided to take my 4 yo son on vacation around Hanover and Gettysburg for 4th of July. We made a reservation for this restaurant on Saturday months in advance. We ended up finishing up all our other activities earlier than anticipated and we were starving, so we came quite early hoping they'd have some space for us. When we came in, we...See More

Our stay at Hickory Bridge Farm was spectacular. We came for the historic sites in Gettysburg, but what really stood out was the hospitality of our hosts. Breakfast and dinner were expertly prepared and you can't beat being greeted with iced tea & cookies. Well worth our 8 hour drive from Rhode Island.
