Welcome to your year-round island vacation home in a quintessential New England seaside town: where the sight of sailboats on the water is as common as seagulls in the sky, where seals play in season, and whales mark their nearby migration with joyous plumes of water from the sea, where nature reigns supreme, and the only constant is the charm and welcome of the people you meet on the streets.

Guest Reviews

So close to downtown and a beautiful space! We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check in and a place to store our bikes. Check in is easy, but not super clear on instructions and it took a while to get acknowledged, but the woman was ill that day so it’s understandable. Overall an amazing experience!

This was not my first stay at 7 Sea Street Inn. This visit was with my wife and her cousin and husband (two rooms). The Inn, custom built years ago by Matthew, is inviting, comfortable, clean, neat and a convenient location to ferry wharfs & downtown but quiet on Sea Street. We took advantage of the bike rack and biked or walked everywhere (bike trail maps available at Inn)....See More

Incredible stay with an even better owner and host. Our first time in Nantucket and we couldn’t have had a better place. Clean room with an awesome breakfast every morning by the fire. 5 min walk from the ferry. 5 min walk to down town. Very happy to stay at Sea St.

Beautiful inn with the most gracious and welcoming owners. The inn is extremely charming, ideally located (1 minute walk from town), very comfortable all round (including amazing beds!), and beautifully decorated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
