Our lovely vintage bed & breakfast welcomes guests with warm hospitality and beautiful accommodations. Nestled between the beach and river, we are the perfect spot to enjoy the Connecticut shoreline. We offer 10 comfortable guest rooms, room to relax, homecooked breakfast daily, gardens, and a riverfront dock with firepit.

The Menunketesuck River is home to the Salt Island unit of the Stuart McKinney Wildlife preserve, just a short bike ride away

We had a fantastic stay at Westbrook Inn. Our room was so comfortable and gorgeous. We had a front suite roadside, we were not bothered at all by traffic noise and the thick curtains kept out all light. Beautiful fireplace and working AC, bathroom was very clean and well stocked. What an amazing place to stay! I was in town for a business trip, and this quaint property made me feel like I was a 1920’s gentleman Summering in New England. Arriving late in the evening and seeing fresh pastries waiting on a serving tray in the beautiful communal dining room is something I’ll remember for a long time. Amazing, old school hospitality and charm.

This is an adorable Inn and the owner, Meri, was wonderful and so accommodating. It is decorated beautifully with many caring touches. The grounds are beautiful with outside patios with tables and chairs to enjoy the scenery. Also have a gazebo. My bed was very comfortable and there was an outside deck too! Enjoyed our afternoon tea. Thomas does a great job for the tea and for breakfast. Loved the strawberry shortcake for the tea and the scones w lemon curd. For breakfast we had pancakes w blueberry sauce. Our room was quaint w retro appliances. It was rainy so we were not to sit outside on the patio. The Inn was close to restaurants and the beach.
